This is supposedly the last episode, based on my research. Here’s hoping that that’s the case.

Let’s finish this up, hopefully for reals this time.

The hentai starts with some girl in what looks like ceremonial robes riding some guy.

A voice saying “Save me” suddenly rings out.

We then cut to that warehouse from the previous episode. Kei is in the middle of fucking Kanae. Kei grabs her tits while fucking her from behind.

Okay, so I guess Rinne will be taking Nemu’s place here?

So, the character who was the bad guy 90% of the time was the mastermind. Obvious twist is obvious.

Cut to some underground chamber. Rinne is giving a speech to the Hunters, talking about how they’ve been freed.

So…she’s a cult leader.

Beware the deadpan ones, I guess…

Rinne and the Rare Hunters start chanting again, and Kei muses, “It’s almost like a cult.”

Nemu is then tied up, gagged, and branded on her tits and ass. Rinne says they will “pull the devil inside [her] out.” Some of the Rare Hunters then gang-rape Nemu. Kei protests, but Rinne says the “purification ritual” has to be done.

Not only is incest just icky to begin with, but that would mean that Kei is several years older than Rinne. But the first episode established that they were in the same grade. The age difference doesn’t show or make sense.

I guess it could also mean that Rinne’s mom had another child with Kei before Rinne, but the way Rinne was phrasing it (I would think, since incest seems to be a popular fetish in hentai), it makes me think they’re shoehorning in incest.

Rinne explains that she couldn’t be the savior because she was born female.

After the sex ends, we cut to Kei and Kanae in another room. Kei tells Kanae to escape and that Kei will find her when the madness is over.

Rinne then re-enters the room and re-starts the sex, this time including several female Rare Hunters:

Kei is then injected with something, and the sex resumes. Rinne and the female sex slaves take turns raping Kei and jerking off. After several days of Kei being raped by Rinne and her slaves, Kei realizes he loves Rinne and wants to save her.

The hentai ends with a shot of the Rare Hunters coming back, with Natsuki and Rika now leading the pack.

The end. Finally.

My opinion on this hentai has admittedly changed somewhat. While it is still mostly negative (*painful flashbacks to Episode 2*), I did like that it tried to have a story. Episode 5 wasn’t that bad, except for the Human Centipede shit (no pun intended). I might consider playing the visual novel now.

Overall, I don’t think I’d recommend this one, especially not for the faint of heart.

Euphoria – Episode 5 (Recap/Review #2e)

They keep on making episodes.They just keep on making episodes. Just when I think it’s over.

Let’s get this train-wreck a-rollin’. Again.

We start off with Kei waking up in a bed in some storage room. We pan over and see Nemu by his side. Nemu tells Kei that the others went outside to look around and get help, substantiated by a flashback where Kei passes out on the grass outside when they escape.

“I don’t think the one behind this game would just let us go.” – Nemu

We need more genre-savvy hentai characters, IMO.

Nemu says that it’s been 3 days since the others left to get help, and Kei’s hand is bandaged up.

They’re probably dead by now, from what I’ve seen in horror movies.

Nemu goes to get disinfectant for Kei’s hand. While she does this, Kei catches a glimpse at her panties. He then runs right over and grabs her boobs. He then pulls down her panties and prepares to fuck her.

“You were just on the brink of death, how come you’re so full of energy now?” – Nemu

Kanae then rubs salt in Kei’s wounds, saying that her time as the innocent childhood friend was all an act.

Cut to an empty classroom. Kei and Nemu are inside, with various male students guarding the door. Nemu reminds Kei that they can’t run away as long as they have their collars on.

I actually did not notice that at first. I guess, in some way, they’re still part of the Saw game. Which means shit is about to get worse.

“You hate me, don’t you?” – Nemu

Cut to the next morning. Back to the school gym/auditorium. Decision time is near.

My thoughts exactly. Though it could be to illustrate multiple routes in the visual novel the hentai is based on, based on what I’ve heard from those who have played the game. Still seems pointless to have survived, though.

There is then a flashback to their school’s entrance ceremony. Kei runs into Nemu and says he feels like he’s seen her before. Nemu is just happy that he knows her name.

Cut back to the school gym/auditorium. Kei still hesitates in his decision, so Kanae brings out her next method of torture.

Kanae is shown to have been killed. Kei is walking with Nemu, who doesn’t seem to know who Kei is. After a flashback of Kei and Nemu as kids, they have sex under the stars in what I thought was a (kinda) touching scene.

“You might have forgotten about me, but I haven’t forgotten about you.” – Kei

I guess Nemu lost her memories somehow? Even though her freaking neck broke in an earlier scene? *shrugs*

End of Episode 5.

I have more questions than answers right now.

This episode was actually not bad, except for the Human Centipede bits.

Euphoria – Episode 4 (Recap/Review #2d)

Episode 4 of Saw: The Hentai. Let’s get this over with.

We start with…

Yep, back to the white room, with all the cast still very much alive. Except Miyako, but you can read the review of Episode 1 to know what happened to her.

Kei is being given his usual choice. Kei ends up picking Rika, the loli girl of the bunch.

There is a brief flashback of Rika crying and saying she didn’t want to be picked. Kei says in a voice-over: “She didn’t realize she was saying I should rape someone else besides her.”

Kanae later hears something coming and volunteers to stay behind and be the distraction. After a while of running, the remaining cast members reach a vault and hear buzzing. Nemu suggests turning back as a result.

Suddenly, a bunch of doctors are shown running towards them. Just as it looks like the cast is about to be caught, Natsuki karate chops and beats up the doctors.

Natsuki then says, “I knew you were with the game master all along,” as the camera tuns towards…

…Nemu.

Wow, what a surprise. The bitchy character who gave so many vibes about being a bad guy was the bad guy.

Natsuki then reveals that she has been investigating Nemu ever since they frst arrived in the white room and accuses Nemu of controlling the collars on their necks. Nemu denies the charges and more buzzing is heard, but Natsuki interrupts:

“Don’t think you can cut off our consciousness.”

Natuski then takes something out of her shirt:

Natsuki then takes out a gun and a shot is heard. The screen cuts to black.

Suddenly, we cut to a nice beach on a tropical island.

Hello, mood whiplash, nice to run into you again.

Kei says through a voice-over that he, Natsuki, and Rika were on the beach before they knew it. Kei brings the two ladies drinks. Natsuki reassures Kei that Rinne and Kanae are safe. Kei asks what happened to Nemu.

“We should at least let her reflect on what she has done.” – Natsuki

Hello, telling and not showing, nice to run into you as well. But then again, it’s porn; I shouldn’t expect anything less.

Jesus Christ. Thanks the gods it’s over for reals this time. The ending was also a bit anticlimactic. We didn’t even see what happened to Nemu. Two episodes later, and I still didn’t like this hentai.

Euphoria – Episode 3 (Recap/Review #2c)

Talk about a hentai that I wasn’t planning on coming back to.

A while ago, when I was looking on Myanimelist.net for hentai to review, I saw that Euphoria, my second-ever review subject, had suddenly moved from my Completed list to my Watching list. I checked its page to find out why, and to my surprise, 2 more episodes were planned.

Now that Episodes 3 and 4 have aired, let’s get back to Saw: The Hentai Euphoria. I suggest reading my reviews of Episodes 1 and 2 first.

The episode starts with a voice-over saying, “I wonder what would have happened if you opted for a different choice?” promptly followed by someone getting their head chopped off with a guillotine.

The title card then pops up, revealing the focus of this episode will be Rinne, one of the classmates that got only a few seconds of screen time in the previous episodes.

After the title card, we are back in the white room.

It seems the hentai pulled a Higurashi on us by pushing the reset button.

We then cut to a flashback to shortly before Kei’s decision. Nemu (the one who looks like Beatrice from Umineko no Naku Koro ni)…

…is being a bitch to Rika, the loli girl.

Rika gets scared when the monitor blips, and Nemu responds, “If we die, then we die.”

Rinne chews Nemu out, saying “The capable ones should uphold forbearance to the meek,” while Nemu says she can’t help but feel like teasing “someone like [Rika].”

Glad to know he hasn’t changed a bit.

Recap/Review #2b – Euphoria (Episode 2)

We left off with Nemu and Kei having sex/completing the first trial. Nemu tells Kei to only choose her for the rest of the trials.

The characters are back in the main white room, discussing strategy.

Kanae asks Kei about the relationship between him and Nemu. Kanae tells Kei that he doesn’t have to rely only on Nemu and that he can pick her if he wants to.

You can tell at this point that she likes him. It always seems to be the childhood friend, doesn’t it?

Round 2: Kei chooses Kanae.

If I didn’t see the comment saying that the ending was fucked-up, I would not have known there was anything past the credits and the review would have ended here. So let’s skip to after the credits…

After the credits, we see Kei lying on a bed/medical table of some sort. We see a mysterious female doctor come in and say that Kei has been “consumed by the beast’s desires.” Kei is then seen to have a dog’s tail. The doctor takes his temperature and comments on how just taking his temperature rectally has made him come.

The doctor is revealed to be none other than Beatrice. She says she will never abandon him.

Suddenly, the scene cuts to another corner of the room, revealing that all of the other characters have been killed off.

Miyako is still in the electric chair.
Natsuki, the teacher, is submerged underwater in a Jesus Christ Pose.
Rinne had her head chopped off.
It is unclear how Rika was killed.

Kanae, however, is revealed to have not been killed off. She is shown pregnant and chained to the wall near Kei, also with a dog tail.

Beatrice says something about she and Kei being together forever before the hentai ends.

I didn’t like this ending. It was a bit too fucked-up, and it essentially made the whole show useless. I feel like if it was just going to end up with Beatrice somehow getting Kei, then we didn’t need to see all of the other stuff that went on.

*painful flashbacks to Rounds 3 and 5*

Also, I know this is based on a visual novel, where all of the characters may have their time in the limelight, but I didn’t like that they had all these other characters and not have them serve any purpose.

So, yeah, I didn’t really feel this hentai.

Recap/Review #2a – Euphoria (Episode 1)

The next entry in my series of hentai commentaries will be Euphoria, a 2-episode hentai OVA that is apparently based on a visual novel. I have not played said visual novel, so I don’t have any background on this show.

I had heard about this show from a Youtube comment on a video reviewing Time of the Rapture, a hentai that I will try and review eventually. The commenter said that Euphoria was one of the most fucked-up things he had ever seen, especially the ending. Because I often have a morbid curiosity about these things, I decided to check this out to see if it was really that bad.

Once again, it’s time to get this train-wreck a-rollin’.

The show starts with our male lead looking in horror and confusion at a corpse of a girl who just got electrocuted via an electric chair. The scene flashes back to the aforementioned electrocution of the girl while the other 5 characters look on in horror. Yep, this is what we’re starting on. While this happens, there is a mysterious voice-over saying that a game has started and describing the rules.

*sigh* Might as well get this reference out of the way now…

“I want to play a game…” [/Saw]

The girl in the electric chair not only dies, but she pees and shits herself while getting electrocuted.

The scene flashes even further back, to when the characters first arrive in the mysterious white room in which this hentai takes place. The rules are described and the characters are introduced:

Keisuke, our male lead

Miyako, one of Kei’s classmates (the one that got electrocuted)

Kanae, Kei’s childhood friend

Rinne, one of Kei’s classmates

Nemu, one of Kei’s classmates; she looks like Beatrice from Umineko no Naku koro Ni
Rika, an underclassman at Kei’s school

Natsuki, a teacher at Kei’s school with oversized boobs (as you do in hentai)

The scene then cuts back to where we were before all of these flashbacks. Kei is staring in horror and confusion at Miyako’s corpse in the electric chair.

Suddenly, the scene cuts to Kei watching a scary/rape-facey version of himself spanking and raping Kanae. It is revealed to be a hallucination/daydream and Kei freaks out. Kei is now aroused.

Nemu comes in shortly after and kisses/strokes him (in front of a corpse, mind you), saying that if he does what she says, she will keep Kei’s dark secret – he gets off on hurting girls and seeing them in pain.

While Kei and Nemu are making out, in front of a corpse, mind you, Kanae comes in, but runs away when she sees them making out.

After that exposition, the remaining players are gathered in the main white room where the rules to the game are explained:

Kei is acting as a “key” and the women act as “keyholes.”
At the beginning of each level/round, Kei has to pick one girl to go with him in a separate room.
If she refuses, it’s game over/death.

For this first round, Kei picks Nemu to go with him.

When Kei and Nemu get into the room, they see a screen outlining “terms” for their sexual act. They also see a box. More rules are explained:

The terms must be followed, or it is game over
The actions in the sex room will be broadcast to the main white room, but without audio
All of the others must be quiet

Kei undresses Nemu and puts her into bondage gear (which was in the box).

You can kinda guess what Kei has to do to Nemu based on that.

Basically, the second half of the episode consists of the sex between Kei and Nemu.

Points/nuggets of dialogue:

Wait. A lot of these dicks in hentai seem to be unusually big. Besides that being another hentai cliche, does that mean that hentai dicks are kinda like yaoi hands?

Anyway, back to the points.

Nemu brings up that she may get pregnant from this. Kinda random and not very arousing.
When Kei comes the first time, Nemu uses her vaginal muscles to keep Kei hard so he can follow the rules by cumming a second time.
Nemu refers to Kei’s semen as “dick milk.” 3 times.

The episode ends with the sex being completed, the door opening, and the couple leaving the room.
